Description

In successful teams, how do conflict management strategies, emotions, and team identities evolve over time? Using dynamic systems concepts to analyze data from a longitudinal study, we discuss how effective teams exhibit flexibility and higher affective arousal. Results validate key dynamic systems theories about high-performing teams.
