Abstract

Most educators around the world are required to participate in professional development activities in order to renew certification or licensure and ensure employees are up to standard. This study provides the results of a “Professional Development Needs Assessment” survey completed by 1,167 in-service teachers in U.S. and offers a design of a Centralized Professional Development System based on the survey results.
