The purpose of this paper is to (1) introduce how an institution developed, tested, and refined a web application that helps tracking the determination of field placements and the diversity of student populations present at each setting, (2) how this application allows university supervisors and cooperating teachers submit the candidate disposition and field evaluation forms multiple (times in a semester) (3) how faculty & institution analyze the data for program improvement and decision making (4) present the experiences and level of satisfaction of the users.
