I have over 3 decades experience as a nurse with most spent as an APRN in Oncology. I am a pragmatic nurse scientist dedicated to improving the symptom experience of the patient with cancer. I also have a passion for representing the under-represented whose voice often gets lost in the treatment experience such as older adults and persons from diverse backgrounds. I am dedicated to educating those who want to become the future of nursing to be the best they can be through a research & EBP approach.
