Academic Dean of UMass Trust, Assurance and Cybersecurity (TACC) Program
Tracy Mitrano is the Academic Dean of the University of Massachusetts Cybersecurity Programs. Formerly the Director of IT Policy at Cornell University, Dr. Mitrano also holds a position of Visiting Professor of Law and Communications at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy, and in the Ithaca College Executive Master's Program in Ithaca, New York. As the Director of Cornell's Internet Culture Policy and Law Program from 2001 -2016, she also is the co-organizer with Professor Daniel Solove the Higher Education Privacy Conference. From 2014-2016 she has acted as an expert for SafeGov.
