Abstract
Two soon-to-be-graduates of the University of Washington, Terry Smith and Jack Jones, were looking to become entrepreneurs and found their own online business. They had come up with an innovative idea – a mobile app that made it easy for groups to plan a night out. As they researched the idea, they realized that they would need help with the technology and the business model. With limited funds and a short time horizon, they had to make several decisions in regards to the future of their venture, including the application’s features, and the strongest business model.
