Timothy Carey is an associate professor in Paediatric Surgery at Western University, as well as a clinician at the Children's Hospital (LHSC) and the Thames Valley Children's Centre.

Dr. Carey joined the Department of Surgery, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University in 1994. After completing his medical degree and residency at the University of Ottawa, he completed his pediatric orthopedic fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario and Shriners Hospital in Tampa, Florida.

Dr. Carey is Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery, Division of Pediatric Surgery and previously held academic appointments as Clinical Medical Director of Paediatric Trauma and Program Director for the Orthopedic Training Program. Dr. Carey holds clinical appointments at Children’s Hospital, London Health Sciences Centre and Thames Valley Children’s Centre where he offers specialty clinics for scoliosis, club foot and trauma.
