About Tiffany Lowe-Payne

Dr. Tiffany Lowe-Payne is an assistant professor of family medicine and osteopathic manipulative medicine at CUSOM. A board certified family physician of over 15 years, she is also a national speaker, author, Founder & CEO of the Institute of Transformational Health & Wellness Inc™, as well as an on-air health expert as it relates to various issues seen in primary care.

Whether she is treating patients one-on-one in her office or appearing as a keynote, speaking to various audiences with her lighthearted and engaging personality on topics such as stress management, whole health, and victorious living, Dr. Tiffany is truly passionate about educating and encouraging others in a practical way. Her goal is to transform the lives of those she encounters from the inside out. Dr. Tiffany is on a mission to help you achieve transformational health and wellness. She does this by combining her years of experience as an osteopathic medical physician with her faith-based principles to help you master the keys needed to live at your best – mind, body & spirit.

In addition to being on faculty at CUSOM, Dr. Tiffany currently practices in Raleigh, North Carolina, with WakeMed Physician Practices. She is also a loving wife and devoted mother of two sons and enjoys singing, cooking and recreational boxing.
