About Thomas Lee Morgan

Thomas Lee Morgan, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor in the Isabelle Farrington College of Education & Human Development. As of February 2021 he is also the first Director of Inclusive Teaching at Sacred Heart University. Dr. Morgan has taught at high school and collegiate levels, serving as assistant principal, dean of students and principal on special assignment in various Colorado schools. As professor, his practice focuses on educational leadership and policy studies. He has authored numerous publications in journals such as Educational Studies, International Journal of Education Policy and Leadership and Education Sciences. His publications and conference presentations focus on social issues such as poverty, social justice cultural identity as well as leadership capacity and assessing school climate.
Dr. Morgan serves as a reviewer for two publications and editorial advisor of doctoral research at Sacred Heart University.
