About Thiago Cardoso Araujo

Holds an LL.B (2005) and Master’s Degree (2005) in Public Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro Law School. Since 2011, Mr. Araujo is a Ph.D candidate at the State University of Rio de Janeiro Law School. Currently a public attorney of the State of Rio de Janeiro working in the State of Rio de Janeiro’s Public Construction Secretary as Special Counsel. Mr. Araujo is also Professor of Law at Fundação Getulio Vargas Law School (FGV Direito Rio), and member of the Brazilian Law and Economics Association (ABDE). His academic work is predominantly in the following themes: Economic Analysis of Law, Infrastructure Regulation, Insurance Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Sociology.
