Abstract
Book Summary: It is a well conceived curriculum that sequentially lays out a course that gives students a good hold over Sinhala, with a knowledge that is appropriate to a first year language study. Includes DVD with audio clip files filmed in Sri Lanka and hundreds of still photos integrated into the curriculum. It helps develop functional fluency by engaging students and teachers alike, in a fun manner. There are separate editions available for teachers and students. Those doing self-study of the language are encouraged to purchase both editions.
