Dr. Theresa Atkinson is a graduate of Michigan State University and teaches courses in Mechanics. Her research interests include injury prevention, vehicle occupant protection, and orthopaedics. Her recent studies include simulation of a novel hip joint reconstruction technique and analysis of factors influencing air curtain deployment in rollover crashes.
