This is a final consensus document that 14 civil society delegates from both sides of the Taiwan Strait and the United States produced during a Strait Talk symposium, an annual event held at Brown University, Rhode Island, USA on October 11 through 15, 2016. I served as a dialogue facilitator to support the delegates' conflict analysis, problem solving exercise, and consensus building. This consensus document was then presented in public forums at Brown and Harvard. It is disseminated widely in each of the three societies and beyond to stimulate public discussion on peacebuilding across the Taiwan Strait.
