About Tammy Testut

Tammy Testut Ph.D., MSN, RN, NEA-BC is Program Director, RN-BSN & RN-MSN Programs and Associate Professor in the College of Nursing at Sacred Heart University. Dr. Testut’s areas of expertise and scholarly research include community health nursing, geriatrics, and work/role transition of the Registered Nurse. Her past positions include Assistant Professor of Nursing at Southern CT State University (SCSU) as well as Director of Quality Improvement and Staff Development at a local homecare agency.
