Asian Journal of Pentecostal Studies (2000)
  • Vinson Synan, Oral Roberts University
Abstract
In this paper, Vinson Synan points out some of the important persons and events that make the history of divine healing one of the most interesting chapters in modern church history. In particular, he discusses the roles played by such pre-Pentecostals as Charles Cullis, A. J. Gordon, A. B. Simpson and Alexander Dowie, as well as by later Pentecostals, Charles Parham and Oral Roberts.
