Kashfee is a Research Fellow in the Educational Monitoring and Research Division at ACER. Prior to this role she was a Consultant for the Education Global Practice unit at the World Bank. She has extensive experience in international education projects and brings in strategic knowledge and understanding of project implementation and research. Currently, the main project she is involved in is the Survey of Teachers in Pre-Primary Education (STEPP) - a joint UNESCO and OECD initiative in low- and- middle income countries. She has worked on numerous Australian national projects as well.
