Purpose- The purpose of this study is to explore the significance / non-significance level among the graduate students of computer science department and the management science department at Air University Multan Campus regards their use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in their curricular activities. Methodology- a research based questionnaire was distributed among the graduate students using non-random sampling and the statistical tests have been applied to finding the results of the study. Results- The results show that students are well aware with all the basic operations done through computer technologies. Findings- Unfortunately in the current era where everything has become global village there is a great need to motivate the students of MBA 3.5 in the awareness of computer technologies, perceived usefulness and perceived hindrances in ICTs usage rather than the MBA 1.5 students to link them to ICTs practices regarding their curricular activities.
