About Susan N. Noyes

Prior to teaching full-time, I practiced as an occupational therapist in mental health settings for 30 years. My research interests include the role of occupational therapy intervention with compulsive hoarding behaviors, and teaching practice in adult basic education programs. I am also interested in exploring the “art” of occupational therapy practice, and how to educate students to become reflective practitioners of occupational therapy.
