This report examines current workflow assignments and proposes a full department reorganization to achieve new efficiencies and repurpose positions for the electronic and digital future. The workflow change recommendations are designed to improve library service and relevance by decreasing dock to shelf time for physical materials and improving user access to unique digitized materials and electronic resources.
