With the pandemic, race-related violence and sensational political contention, 2020 felt like a war zone for many. In 2020, it wasn’t the flowers that were missing; it was women. Women left the workplace in droves or are still considering it. Some are even calling it the “pink-collar recession.” Although pink is often viewed as a “pretty” color, the pink recession is definitely not pretty!
