One of my research teams has been working for the past few years on research around strategies that male allies use to advance women in the workplace (see scholarly article). Hence, we keep our eyes on literature related to that topic. Recently I ran across a 2019 report from Murrray Edwards College at the University of Cambridge titles "Women Collaborating with Men: Incusive Networking and Sponsorship." And, I appreciated reading more about the college's Collaborating with Men initiative as well. I thought I would share a few of my takeaways and hope it is helpful to readers.
