Abstract

This article briefly reviews the precepts of the transformative model of mediation, examines the types of disputes that are most suited to online mediation, and offers some examples from online commercial mediation to show how some of the ideas and techniques borrowed from the “transformative model” may be applied in the realm of online mediation.
