Presented at the Annual Conference of the National Collegiate Honors Council

We examined five years of incoming honors student applications (N = 669) to examine which components (test scores, GPA, extracurricular involvement, essays, etc.) were better predictors of performance and retention. Our results also included a subset of students who completed a scholarship interview.
