Criminal Justice Ethics (2013)
  • Stephen M. Feldman, University of Wyoming
Abstract
In 1992 the United States Supreme Court unanimously held a hate speech ordinance in St. Paul, Minnesota unconstitutional under the first amendment. This essay reviews the book, The Harm in Hate Speech, by Jeremy Waldron, that argues persuasively for hate speech laws in the United States.
