About Stephen J. Harris

Professor Harris' books include Race and Ethnicity in Anglo-Saxon Literature (Routledge, 2003), and Misconceptions about the Middle Ages (Routledge, 2008), co-edited with Bryon Grigsby. He is currently editing (with Michael Moynihan and Sherrill Harbison), Vox Germanica: Essays on Germanic Literature and Culture in Honor of James E. Cathey (forthcoming from University of Arizona). His current interest is in the idea of beauty in early medieval Europe.
