Abstract
An Academic EHR is one simulation tool that can be used to train learners and is adapted from clinical systems with modifications for academic curricula. Simulation training provides students a non-threatening approach to technology that students will use once they begin their clinical careers. This session will discuss the importance of using simulation training with an Academic EHR to prepare students for clinical practice.
