This brief provides incidence, depth and severity of poverty pre-Fani and post-Fani across sub-groups of population in Odisha. In this process, it also suggest a methodology for computing poverty indices by adjusting for growth, distributional norms and change in population to an earlier available household data on consumption expenditure.
