Abstract
This is a policy brief based on deliberations at the orientation-cum-action plan preparation workshop for the Special Programme for Promotion of Millets in Tribal Areas of Odisha (or, Odisha Millets Mission), as the programme is to be rolled out in Kharif 2017. The purpose of this brief is to provide real-time feedback, as part of action research.
