About Sandra Rodriguez-Arroyo

Dr. Sandra Rodriguez-Arroyo is an Associate Professor of Education and a faculty member of the Office of Latino/Latina American Studies of the Great Plains at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Before joining UNO in the fall of 2011, Dr. Rodriguez-Arroyo was an Assistant Professor of Education at The Pennsylvania State University and a secondary English teacher in Villalba, Puerto Rico. Dr. Rodriguez-Arroyo holds a D.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from The Pennsylvania State University. She received a M.Ed. in Bilingual/Multicultural Education from The Pennsylvania State University and a B.A. in Secondary English Education from Universidad de Puerto Rico en Cayey, Cayey, Puerto Rico.
