- 2010 - ACR-RFS CLINICAL RESEARCH AWARD Awarded first place in the Clinical Research category at the American College of Radiology’s Resident and Fellow’s Annual Research Poster Competition.
- 2006 - 2007 Awarded a U.S. Fulbright Grant through the U.S. State Department in the field of medical sciences for clinical as well as neuropsychiatric research on Alzheimer’s disease in Jordan.
- 2006 - 2007 U.S. FULBRIGHT CRITICAL LANGUAGE ENHANCEMENT AWARD Selected as one of the few U.S. Fulbright Scholars to receive host country foreign language training through the U.S. State Department under the National Security Language Initiative.
