Dr. Simon N. Lekakh is a Research Professor of Metallurgical Engineering in the department of Materials Science and Engineering. He has a Doctor of Science in Metallurgy from the Institute of Steel & Alloys in Moscow, a Ph.D. in Metal Casting and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute (BPI).
