Abstract

As Tropical Storm Henri barreled across the Northeast this past week, and Ida devastates today, we are faced with yet more reminders of the grave risks posed by climate change. While it is difficult to determine the exact causes of any one storm, we know that a warming planet will make hurricanes more intense and dangerous.
