About Shiyun (Chloe) Tian

Shiyun Chloe Tian is an Assistant Professor of Marketing in the Jack Welch College of Business & Technology at Sacred Heart University. Dr. Tian's research explores consumer behavior, emerging technology, and interactive marketing. She also investigates how brands use marketing to develop consumer relationships. Her research has been published in journals such as International Journal of Advertising, Journal of Interactive Advertising, and Journal of Current Issues and Research in Advertising.
She has also reviewed for journal such as Journal of Advertising, Journal of Current Issues and Research in Advertising, and Frontiers in Psychology.

Dr. Tian completed a B.A. from North University of China, a M.A. in communication with a concentration in advertising from Shanghai International Studies University and earned her Ph.D. in advertising from the University of Miami.
