Sheryl carries out a variety of research and project manager activities including evaluation of community-based care resident and community characteristics, and evaluation that measures quality of care in long-term care settings. Past research projects include evaluation of adult care homes, evaluation of services provided at congregate meal sites, evaluation of older adults’ legal needs, and evaluation of Oregon's Aging and Disability Resource Connection and person-centered care options counseling. She holds a master’s degree in Urban Studies from Portland State University.
