Spiral Identity Employability Tool Kinash 2018.pdf
Open (2018)
  • Prof Shelley Kinash, University of Southern Queensland
The SPIRAL Identity Employability Tool is based on the finding that the main barrier to translating a university degree into a fulfilling career is identity. This Tool helps students decide who they are, what matters, who they want to become through their education, and into and through their careers, and to find the words to describe themselves to future employers on resumes and in interviews.
