Springfield Collaboration for Change - Year 2 Final Report(2012)
Teachers traditionally work in isolation- without developing professional relationships with other teachers and parents and with minimal meaningful interaction with school leaders.In Springfield, intentional collaboration between the teachers' union and school administration has led to the conclusion that this isolation contributes significantly to the multiple achievement gap in this district.
