About Seth A. Seabury

Seth Seabury is an Associate Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine and the Leonard D. Schaeffer Center for Health Policy and Economics at the University of Southern California. Dr. Seabury has broad research interests within health policy, economics and law and his work has been published in leading medical and health policy journals and featured in major media outlets. Prior to joining USC, he was a Senior Economist and Associate Director of the Center for Health and Safety in the Workplace at the RAND Corporation and a Professor of Economics at the Pardee RAND Graduate School. Dr. Seabury received his Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University and received his B.A. from Kenyon College.
