I have been invited to speak at Professor Robert A. Destro's First Amendment Seminar at the Catholic University of America School of Law. The invitation was initially extended on November 8, 2011, and then re-extended on October 14, 2012 (for the following academic year -- circa 2013-2014). Professor Destro also asked me to give a similar lecture to his introduction to constitutional law class (during the current academic year -- circa Spring 2013). The topic will be the Religious Test Clause and its "public trust" language.
