About Sergei Kulaev
Sergei Koulayev is an Economist in the Office of Research at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. His fields of interest include the modeling of consumer choice, econometrics, and industrial organization. Before joining the Office of Research, he served as an Adjunct Professor at Boston University and Boston College, an Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, and an Economist at Keystone Strategy LLC. He holds a B.A. in economics from Moscow State University, an M.A. in economics from the New Economic School in Moscow, and a Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University.
