About Sean Stanley

An experienced educator and administrator with proven teaching and leadership skills at institutions of higher learning. Ability to prepare and administer budgets for academic institutions as well as resolve problems in this administrative area. Experienced in student affairs and faculty affairs with an understanding of policies and procedures in this area and a proven educator and leader within the classroom both on ground and online.

Students First, Education Second, Change Third, I believe that a great teacher must always make their student’s well-being and success the priority. If the student succeeds, then I succeed. I cannot achieve success in the classroom until I connect with my students on a professional and personal level first. This will allow me to first gain their trust and in turn encourage the student to entrust their academic well-being to me. Once this happens the learning process begins, and the result will be positive change for the student because of the knowledge gained through the learning process. The student will leave the course better and more knowledgeable than when they entered the course and that is success for both student and teacher.
