Effective Implementation of Business Simulations

Abstract
There has been a considerable body of research discussing the relative merits of business simulations in coursework. However, there is very little literature on how to effectively implement simulation experiences. This article discusses how to engage students in the simulation process with consideration given to individual course timing and the progression of simulations within the overall business program.
