Abstract
Based on her childhood struggles and experiences, Elisabeth Shue co-produced as well as featured in the movie Gracie, directed by her husband Davis Guggenheimshe. In the movie, Gracie ever failed to overcome any obstacles that she faced. Shue shares many of Gracie's most heroic qualities. Whether it was playing soccer with the boys or being the successful actress that she is now, Shue has consistently proven wrong those who doubted her. She told me about the inevitable challenges she has faced – some of which she still faces today.
