Abstract
The purpose of this chapter is to discuss the heroic journey of Carli Lloyd. I will do so by explaining heroism, transformation, and the hero's journey. Carli Lloyd’s journey to the top was never a simple or straight path, but her love for the game pushed her to become the best in the world.
