Abstract

Model equations for water vapor mass and heat transfer in the channel stream bounded by an electrolyte wet anode surface and a heat sink are given. Results computed from the model equations, describing water accumulation at the anode, bulk water vapor mole fraction, gas velocity and temperature, and two-dimensional temperature profiles, are presented for typical input parameters.
