CARLI SFX Documentation: SFX KB Monthly Update Text Report Procedures

Abstract
As an SFX administrator, you will need to determine the appropriate way to apply monthly updates at your institution. The following instructions can be used to help you do so, but are by no means comprehensive. Sections A and B are universally applicable when applying text monthly update reports. Sections C through G are written in a manner that makes it possible to use them selectively. Two reports, the, “Not Changed,” and, “Not Deleted,” object portfolio files will require action on your part to bring the KB up-to-date. You will want to look at these in the HTML and text formats as the reports serve different purposes and discrepancies between the two have been known to occur.
