Senior Capstone Instructor, University Studies
Sarah Bunton, Ph.D. teaches senior Capstone classes on leadership and mentoring in the University Studies program. In work with students, she promotes the use of reflective thinking and individual and group leadership development, achieved though collaborative work with course partners and the development of cooperative learning communities. Sarah is also a research director at a higher education organization. Her research interests, which span both organizations, include faculty and organizational issues. She publishes her work regularly in peer-reviewed journals and presents widely at conferences and workshops.
