About Sankhiros Babapoor

Sankhiros Babapoor, DVM, Ph.D., MB(ASCP) is an Assistant Professor of Biology in the College of Arts and Sciences at Sacred Heart University. Sunny’s research focuses on investigating the microRNA rules in the invasion and migration of melanoma. The other area of his research is surveying and studying the Powassan virus (POWV) a relatively rare tick-borne encephalitis (TBE).
