Abstract
The purpose of the current report is two-fold. First, we document the ways in which five AANAPISI programs are cultivating environments that promote the success of AAPI students in college. Second, we offer a set of recommendations for policymakers and practitioners to maximize the likelihood that they are investing resources and energy in practices that are most likely to have a significant positive impact on the experiences and outcomes of AAPI students. With support from CMSI at the University of Pennsylvania, a research team at NITE conducted a collective case study of five AANAPISI programs: De Anza College, Sacramento State University, South Seattle College, the University of Maryland, and the University of Massachusetts Boston.
