Abstract
This article addresses specific issues related to poor and destitute children in Sierra Leone. The contents are primarily flavored by the work and implementation dynamics of a small non-profit organization trying to make a dent in the upkeep and welfare of some of these children. Sometimes, the work of the organization impacted the lives of adults who are unable to take care of themselves and their children.
