Abstract
Please join us for a panel discussion analyzing the current state of antitrust law in our ever-evolving economy. The panel will address a variety of timely issues, including the application of classic antitrust law to challenges posed by big tech; federal and state investigations into leading tech companies; whether a successful monopolization case is plausible with the rise of companies like Amazon; and the increase in length of DOJ and FTC merger reviews. Light refreshments will be available after the panel.

Panel also featured: Andrew Finch, Christina Ma, and Joseph Matelis.
